Niels Johnson-Lameijer

As in internationally certified life mastery coach and corporate coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Niels specializes in guiding people to increase personal empowerment. Niels is passionate about helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals and realize their fullest potential.

Niels grew up in the Netherlands where he attended university and developed a deep interest in personal achievement and development. Niels completed his life coaching training with IPEC/ICF in the U.S. where he now lives and works. His European background brings a wealth of life balance knowledge to his American clients. His American experiences offers European clients an innovative, creative awareness.

With life and business coaching clients in the U.S. and Europe, Niels defines goals, creates visions, and optimizes productive behavior with individuals from seven to 87-years-old. His clients are a diverse assortment of people - such as CEOs, entrepreneurs, home makers, retirees, artists, athletes, executives - who all have with one thing in common: a desire to live a happier and more balanced life.

In addition to personal coaching, Niels develops and conducts corporate trainings and has successfully introduced business coaching into various companies, including those in the financial, agricultural and entertainment industries.

Niels' approach centers on improving leadership effectiveness, teamwork, and communication skills through personal empowerment. Clients describe his style as "straightforward yet inspiring" and "creative and insightful."

Prior to embarking on his coaching journey, Niels was a senior-level executive at a development and equity firm in the Netherlands, where he functioned as the CFO and day-to-day manager of numerous multi-million Euro spatial development projects. He co- founded a greenhouse development company and served as a political strategist in the Dutch Senate for the flower industry, where he developed excellent management and communication skills and established himself as a sought-after inspirational speaker and negotiator.

The Dutch are a people grounded in a collaboration and consensus. From an early age, Niels learned to listen to what people are saying and understand what their desired outcomes are. As a professional, he developed the skills of transforming wants into goals and developing actionable plans to get there. Niels also further honed his communication abilities so that people are comfortable and inspired to collaborate.
